Holbert Consulting is led by Aaron Holbert, a seasoned entertainment attorney and business affairs executive with over two decades of experience navigating the legal and commercial landscape of television, film, and digital media. Most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Affairs at the SpringHill Company and Uninterrupted —a/k/a Fulwell Entertainment — he oversaw all legal and business affairs for scripted and unscripted television across broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms, including high-profile projects for Netflix, HBO, Paramount+, NBC, CBS, ESPN, and A&E/History. His portfolio spans documentary films, scripted features, live entertainment specials, digital series, and podcasts, with recent credits including Starting 5, Untold: Sign Stealer , The Shop, Mind The Game,The Clash of Nations: Joe Louis v. Max Schmeling and Wicked: One Wonderful Night.

Prior to joining SpringHill, Aaron served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Warner Bros. Entertainment (Telepictures), where he provided legal services for flagship programs including Ellen, RuPaul and How Music Got Free. Before that, he built a distinguished 15-year career at Discovery Communications, rising from Intellectual Property/Business Affairs Rights Analyst to Director of Business Affairs, where he led negotiations on over 50 programs and served as the sole legal authority on privacy, insurance, DMCA, and digital matters across the Discovery network portfolio. Aaron holds a J.D. from UDC David A. Clarke School of Law and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School, and is admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
